Here you may find information regarding conference registration, registration forms, as well as information about accomodation and life in our city during the conference.

We remind you that all attendees whose work has been accepted and are to presented in the thematic sessions of the conference, should inevitably register for the conference. The technical secretary will confirm that the registration has been correctly received by means of an email message once the corresponding registration form and payment receipt have been received. .

Registrations will be strictly attended to in the order they arrive.

To request the invoice which corresponds to registration payment, the applicants should send a request to the technical secretary by an email message to the following address: aspher2007valencia@barcelobusiness.com.

Registration dates and rates:

As regards the personnel answerable to the Regional Ministry of Health who are interested in registering in the conference, they should directly contact the Organizing Committee via the following email address: organising@aspher2007valencia.org

Registration includes

• Attendance to all the scientific sessions scheduled
• Scientific documentation
• Transport between the selected hotels and the congress premises
• Dinners on Friday 26 and Saturday 27 October
• Coffee service during the conference
• Lunches on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 October
• Transport from the congress premises to EVES (Valencian School of Public Health) for the dinner on Saturday 27.
• Guided visits organized on 26, 27 and 28 October.

Payment methods

• On-line payment with a credit card.

• Authorization to charge to a credit card.

Cancellations and change of name:

Any requests for cancellation received until 12 September 2007 will be reimbursed in full. All requests for cancellation received after this date will not be reimbursed.

It is possible to change an attendee’s name until 11 October 2007 and this service is free of charge. Any requests to change an attendee’s name received after this date will be considered cancellations with no right to a refund.

Reserving accommodation

Reserving accommodation is processed the same way as registrations, through the Congress Office: Barceló Business S.A.
