We remind you that all attendees whose work has been accepted and are to presented in the thematic sessions of the conference, should inevitably register for the conference. Registering for the conference is to be processed through the Congress Office:

The technical secretary will confirm that the registration has been correctly received by means of an email message once the corresponding registration form and payment receipt have been received. .
Registrations will be strictly attended to in the order they arrive.

Cancellations and change of name:
Any requests for cancellation received until 12 September 2007 will be reimbursed in full. All requests for cancellation received after this date will not be reimbursed.

It is possible to change an attendee’s name until 11 October 2007 and this service is free of charge. Any requests to change an attendee’s name received after this date will be considered cancellations with no right to a refund.
