instructions

The oral communications sessions, the posters and the thematic workshop, which are organized during the Conference, will be related to the three themes proposed in the scientific programme.

Anyone who is interested in presenting an oral communication, a poster or in proposing a seminar should fill in a form in the Conference web site via this link form. Abstracts must comply to the following instructions:

-General instructions

  • The official language during the Conference is English. Therefore all abstracts, drafts and definitive presentations must be written in English.
